Who are these trainings designed for?

Do I need to have my FPC or CPP payroll certification to attend?

No, you do not need to be certified to attend, our training content is for any level of payroll or HR professional

Are courses available nationwide?

Courses are offered as live webinars for all U.S. payroll regulations

Are courses offered year-round?

The course schedule is posted on our calendar and goes throughout the year

Are your courses approved for RCH credits?

Any course that is approved for RCH credits will be clearly marked in the class with the RCH logo

How many RCH credits does each course provide?

Each course that is offered for RCH credits will have the RCH amount listed in the class description

What documentation will I receive for RCH credits?

Please review our RCH policy for credits distribution as you must meet the minimum requirements of the course to receive the RCH certificate

When will my RCH certificate be issued?

For anyone who attends a live class and meets the requirements, they will receive their RCH certificate within 1 week (7 days)

Are RCH credits reported directly to any certifying organizations?

RCH credits are reported to PayrollOrg for those classes that qualify

How do I register for a class?

See the registration button on the class event page to register for classes

Do I need an account to register?

You do not need to be a member to register, anyone can register for the class at the non-member price

Can I register for multiple courses at once?

Each class has its own registration page to track individual registration to maintain accuracy for reporting requirements through PayrollOrg. You can register for multiple events using each individual registration page for each event

Is there a registration deadline?

Yes, and each class will have registration deadlines listed on their registration page

Are courses limited by class size?

Yes, all classes are limited to a class size of 150 participants

Can someone register on behalf of another attendee?

All registrations must be entered by the attendee; this is for proper tracking for RCH certification, the registration name and email address used at registration is who will receive credit for RCH purposes

Can employers register groups or teams?

At this time you must register for yourself, only the name registering will be eligible for RCH certification, if you have a group you want to register email: [email protected]

Do sponsors receive discounted or complimentary registrations?

Our Sponsor page has 2 different levels of sponsorships that list all the available sponsorship options and packages

Is payment required in full at registration?

Payment is due at the time of registration

Are invoices available for employer reimbursement?

You will receive an invoice/receipt upon registering, you can contact [email protected] if you need to retrieve a copy of a past invoice

Are courses offered virtually, in person, or both?

All courses are currently offered as live instructor led webinars

What platform is used for virtual training?

Currently we use Zoom as our virtual training platform

Do I need to download any software?

You will need to have Zoom downloaded and available for use on your device

How is attendance tracked?

Attendance is both tracked by live polls entered randomly throughout the presentation along with the time present on the meeting tracked through Zoom

Are cameras or microphones required?

Cameras are not required, you do not need a microphone unless you would like to ask a live question, but you can also use the chat feature in the meeting

Are course materials provided after the course?

Anyone who signs up, pays and registers for a class will be sent the class materials even if they miss and are unable to attend

How long will I have access to materials?

Members have access to all meeting materials up to 6 months from the date of the class, any participant will be sent the class materials within 48 hours of the class completion

Can certificates be reissued if lost?

If you lose your RCH certificate you can reach out to [email protected] to be sent a copy

How long are certificates retained?

All certificates are kept for 6 years to meet the requirements from PayrollOrg for RCH certification

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Please review our cancellation policy to see how to transfer your registration, there is an administrative fee associated with any transfer
